Extra Curricular Activities

Our goal is to continue to ensure that students have a positive, rewarding and enriching experience through the programs, activities and events that ECA organizes throughout the school year.

At Interamericano we believe in an integral formation which must combine academic, humanistic, scientific learning, creative, artistic, sports and social education.

More than 900 Colegio Interamericano students from all the divisions take advantage of the broad ECA program at Colegio Interamericano. This year, our school offers 125 different club and team options for students from PreK to Grade 12 that include a variety of athletic, artistic, cultural and language programs. In the different divisions, many students participate in several activities, staying an extra hour after school between three to five times per week.

They are taught after regular school hours. We have different types of activities such as language classes, dance, arts & crafts, music and more. The clubs are taught by professionals hired to raise the quality of our ECA program.

By offering different activities each student can identify with a club and has the opportunity to take part. The sports program of Interamericano is extensive and full. We offer training soccer, basketball, volleyball, athletics, karate, among others.

Clubs and sports are subject to availability of space.

ECAs application

All parents may enroll their children in ECAs and receive important communications via push notifications, users can star favorite messages and also search by keyword or filters. For club registration and selection parents may select for more than one child at once. This makes ECAs enrollment so much easier for Inter and parents. It is a great and effective way to communicate with parents and parents to communicate with the school.

“The diverse and well organized Extracurricular Activities Program is one of the unique characteristics of our school, and as a working parent it makes my life so much easier knowing that my daughters are supervised, entertained, and that they can practice sports in a team, learn an instrument or learn a language.

The best part is – it´s integrated into the school day with no extra pay, security and bus service.”
